Lucas County Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected with people who live or have lived in Lucas County, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a public office, court, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules

- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order

Ohio law prohibits conduct including menacing by stalking under ORC 2903.211 and specified harassing or threatening electronic communications under ORC 2917.21. Public-record access does not permit monitoring, contact, or harm.
3. No Consumer Reporting Role
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing on this site or returned through a linked search tool is a consumer report.
